Our virtual Sip & Dream workshop is produced to empower, motivate, and inspire groups of people from all different walks of life through the use of mindfulness and goal setting.
Participants will learn how to set and reach goals for themselves and/or their group.
Participants are encouraged to meet outdoors to improve cognitive function, to increase energy, and because research suggests outside activities have been known to have a positive affective on your mood.
Participants can pre-purchase a ThreeDVisionBoard kit to accompany the workshop or purchase materials at a local arts and crafts store.
